The Method
Screen printing pushes ink through a tensioned mesh stencil, one color at a time, baked onto the garment with high heat. It's the most durable, most cost-effective decoration method when you're running quantity bright, opaque colors that hold up wash after wash. We run multiple automatic press setup tuned for contract work: consistent registration, clean halftones, and the kind of repeatable quality wholesale buyers need.
